This Privacy Policy explains how Nexunova collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our software and websites. Nexunova is a Pakistan-based business-to-business (B2B) software company that builds CRM and ERP/recovery management products — including Nexunova RMS and Nexunova CRM — for real estate developers and other businesses across Pakistan, the UAE, and the Gulf. This policy applies to nexunova.com and to the Nexunova applications and services that link to it.
1.Introduction
Nexunova provides cloud-based sales, lead-management, recovery, and operations software to business clients. In most cases our clients are companies that use Nexunova to run their own sales and recovery teams. This means we act both as a data controller (for our own account and website data) and as a data processor (for the customer and lead data our business clients manage inside our platform). This policy describes both roles in plain terms so you understand what we do with information.
2.Information We Collect
- Account information — names, email addresses, phone numbers, company name, role, and login credentials of the staff at our business clients who use the software.
- Lead and contact data processed for clients — the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and enquiry details of prospective buyers and customers that our business clients capture or import into the platform. This data belongs to our client; we process it on their behalf.
- Usage data — log data such as actions taken in the app, device and browser type, IP address, and timestamps, used for security, troubleshooting, and improving the product.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand basic site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3.How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our services for our business clients and their teams.
- To improve, develop, and secure our products and fix problems.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To handle billing, subscriptions, and account administration.
- To communicate important service notices, updates, and security alerts.
4.Data from Facebook / Meta Lead Ads
Some of our business clients run lead-generation campaigns on Facebook. When a person submits a Facebook lead form for one of our clients, Meta sends that lead to Nexunova through a secure webhook. We receive the submitted details (such as name, phone number, and email) and store them solely to deliver that lead to the specific business client who ran the ad, inside their own account in our platform.
We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing or other purposes. Facebook/Meta lead data is used only to route the lead to the correct client and is subject to the same protection and deletion rules as all other data described in this policy.
5.Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share information only in these limited cases:
- With the business client the data belongs to (for example, delivering their leads to their account).
- With sub-processors that help us run the service — such as our cloud hosting and database provider (Supabase) and infrastructure providers — strictly to the extent needed to operate the platform, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- When required by law, such as to comply with a valid legal request or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Nexunova, our clients, or the public.
6.Data Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service to the relevant business client and for legitimate business, legal, or accounting purposes. When a client closes their account, or when data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it by law. Business clients can also delete records within their own account at any time.
7.User Data Deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If you are an end user (for example, someone whose details were captured as a lead), you may also contact the business you dealt with directly. To make a request to Nexunova, email privacy@nexunova.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and enough detail for us to identify the relevant records. We will verify the request and action it within a reasonable timeframe, and we will coordinate with the relevant business client where the data was processed on their behalf.
8.Security
We take the security of data seriously. We use encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and database-level protections to guard against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. While no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we work continuously to protect the information entrusted to us.
9.Third-Party Services
Our service relies on a small number of trusted third parties, including Meta (Facebook) for lead-ad delivery and cloud hosting/database providers (such as Supabase and our deployment platform). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service. Their own handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
10.Children's Privacy
Nexunova is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor's information has been provided to us, please contact us and we will remove it.
11.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the service. Your continued use of Nexunova after an update means you accept the revised policy.
